Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Replacing the black ink cartridge with legitimate new cartridges has broken my printer. 

 

I also updated the driver software and performed all the reboot testing steps and the problem still persists with 2 new (but purchased a while ago), genuine HP black ink cartridges.  The only "solved" case similar to mine in this forum just magically started working after 2 weeks, and I cannot wait that long for magical solutions. 

 

Please help me fix my printer so I can use it as initially intended.
