I have purchased a bonafide HP 963XL cartridge for my printer for the first time. I get the following error message:
"The indicated cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists replace the cartridge."
I have made sure it is properly in place and left it overnight so that the ink settled but I cannot make the printer work.
