Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

my printer uses cartridge #67 but Instant Ink sent only 67/303 which does NOT fit my printer. How do I exchange the 67/303 for 67 cartridges?

Instant ink cartridges will be bigger in size but will surely fit in.
