I want to cancel Instant Ink. When I follow the navigation prompts they all end up with "Service is unavailable" My product is HP ENVY 6400 SERIES but it won't let me add it. It found it with no problem when HP was insisting that I enroll in Instant Ink!👺
When will the services be available?

Your faster option:
Contact the team at HP Instant Ink support during business days and hours available in your region.
OR
You may choose to wait here in the HP Community for an agent to find and respond to your question.

If the issue persists even after following the steps from the above link, wait for a day and then try again as it could be an issue with the server being down.
