Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

I was told by HP agent when I purchased my new HP printer I could return & be refunded for my new unused & sealed & eligible dated 962XL printer cartridges from my old HP ,printer which died & that I should go to isbescalationteam@hp.com. can you help?

Never heard that HP takes old ink cartridges from the customers back for a refund or credit.

Apologies I did not provide the full information.

 

When I purchased my new printer yesterday through the online HP Store, the HP who helped me with the purchase told me I should go to isbescalationteam@hp.com & put in my order # SCA1915086, product number, HP 9125 e printer, ink cartridge numbers 3JA03AN#140 & 3JA01AN#140  my name, email, etc. & they would refund me the 2 HP962XL ink cartridges which are unopened & not expired that I purchased from the HP Store.

 

Can you help me with this?
