ERROR MESSAGE:

 

INK CARTRIDGE (S) PROBLEM

THE FOLLOWING INK CARTRIDGE(S) MUST BE REPLACED

 

INK CARTRIDGES REPLACED AND A HARD BOOT COMPLETED AND UNIT STILL GIVES SAME ERROR MESSAGE.

Try the print and scan doctor.  It might provide a better explanation of the problem.
