GOOD AFTERNOON, THE BLACK INK  DOES NOT COME DOWN. IT IS THE BOTTLE THAT CAME WITH THE HP SMART TANK 580 PRINTER.

Just to clarify—when you say "the black ink does not come down," do you mean that the black color is not printing on paper, or do you mean that the ink is not flowing from the bottle into the tank during refilling?

 

Could you let me know exactly what’s happening so I can better assist you?
