Greetings

I have an HP LASERJET 1020 Printer but when I take out the toner there is ink all over it and it messes with my printed documents

Can someone please guide me on how to fix this problem

Inspect the Printer Interior: After removing the toner cartridge, inspect the interior of the printer for any loose toner particles or spills. Use a soft brush or compressed air to gently clean out any toner residue.

Check for Damage: Inspect the toner cartridge for any signs of damage, such as cracks or leaks. If the cartridge is damaged, it may need to be replaced.

Proper Handling: Ensure that you are handling the toner cartridge properly when installing or removing it from the printer. Follow the HP instructions carefully to avoid spills.

Avoid Overfilling: Do not overfill the toner cartridge with toner powder. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for refilling or replacing the toner cartridge.

Replace the Toner Cartridge: If the toner cartridge is old or damaged, it may need to be replaced with a new one. Purchase a genuine HP toner cartridge for the best results.
