When I bought the printer, I signed up for Ink Cartridges to be sent whenever I need them, but haven't received any in ages. When I tried to contact an agent, it said that there were Technical Issues and referred me here. How do I get ink, without having to go to my closest Office Depot?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.
