Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I PURCHASED A CARTRIDGE OFF EBAY BUT I CANT USE IT UNLESS I SIGN UP FOR INSTAINK. THATS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED BUT THATS WHAT I GO. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR >?? ISNT THERE A WAY TO BYPASS IT ? PLEASE HELP ANYONE

Sorry, but you were defrauded by the eBay seller.  HP Instant Ink cartridges are not sold, they are the property of HP and must be returned to HP if the Instant Ink subscription is ended.  See Section 5.d of the terms and conditions here.

 

I would suggest you contact the seller and/or eBay for a refund.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY. THEY ISSUED ME A REFUND ALREADY I SHOULD GIVE UP ORDERING INK ON EBAY. I GOT RIPPED OFF 3 TIMES IN 1 WEEK FEW MONTHS AGO, BUT EBAY REFUNDED AT LEAST.

Yes, there are lots of pretty marginal sellers on eBay.  The only cartridges I buy there are those for a 25 year old Designjet printer that no longer has cartridges available from HP.  I am glad eBay took care of getting you a refund.
