So I have a 2 month old HP printer. Signed up to instant ink. Arrived in the post. Went to use them as my current ones had run dry and the trouble began.
They would not connect to my printer! After 2 hours of following the instructions on cleaning etc they still wouldn't work. Live chat.. virtual chat. No help at all. Funny how the 1st inks worked OK then when u sign up all this happens. Gone have the days of just popping to the shop for your ink and job done 1st time. After this I WILL cancel my prescription.
So frustrating. How do I get these cartridges changed to new ones if there faulty? 🤔

I have sent a set of ink via express delivery. It should reach you in 4/5 business days.
