Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to print a document but despite reinstalling and doing everything else asked of me by HP Smart the printer keeps pumping out blank sheets. The tri-colour cartridge is low and the black is fine. I am not seeing anything on the paper! Please help as I need to print off documents for a job application. Many thanks!

Hi,

Please print and check a Printer Status Report:

Can you see any specific color printed on the page or no colors are shown at all?

 

Please let me know the results.

 

If no colors are shown on the report as well and the results are a blank page, you likely have a problem with the black cartridge in addition to the low tri-color cartridge, try following below steps to complete some printer maintenance and see if that may help, else please try replacing the black ink cartridge:
