Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

I bought a printer HP DeskJet 3762 and I have the HP Instant Ink plan so I use only original HP Ink, but in the last two months I have not been able to print because every time what I print is illegible. I have tried several times to do head cleaning and alignment, but nothing has changed. The printer is still under warranty, what can I do to get a printer that does its job?

HP Recommended

I tried from my MacBook and also from my iPhone but the result is the same, so I don't think is a driver problem.
