Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to print a PDF invoice and the page print out clearly but has a 2cm white gap/border on the left and right hand side of the invoice and a massive 4.5cm gap/border along the bottom of the page, yet the top of the invoice almost prints on the edge of the paper. 

I have change paper size in preferences and settings to be A4, but that hasn't fixed the issue.

Settings for printing PDFs can be challenging. The print options screen gives you several options such for size that include printing original size, use PDF size or fit to page. Likely the document is set to print to a smaller size and you need to change it to fit the page.
