I just bought a color ink cartridge, is a 667, but this time I choosed 667 XL

 

The problem is that the printed looks like a cartoon. Dunno if this is something abut color profile

 

Already made the align and clean, still the same

 

Also I tried HP Smart, HP Doctor,  update firmware, update drivers

 

I even tried to move the color profile with Photoshop (also used Paint) with same result

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.  

  • Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

It works now. Was the alignment

 

As you can see on my attached screenshots, the align lines did not print completely, so I was guessing the optimal number of each line

 

Now, I bought the black ink and print the align page and do the rest according to instructions
