Imprespra HP DeskJet ink Advantage 2135 no reconoce cartucho original color negro

Hola a todos. El LED indicador de tinta negra comenzó a parpadear, cambié el cartucho con otro original y continua parpadeando, Cada vez que trato de imprimir arroja error de impresión, pero no indica el por qué. Agradezcco la ayuda que puedan prestarme,
