Boa noite Amigos,

 

Minha impressora não imprime a tinta preta, mesmo estando com cartucho novo e original...Só imprime colorido.

Já fiz todas as etapas recomendadas pelo suporte HP, inclusive limpeza dos cabeçotes e o problema continua.

As páginas de testes são impressas somente com as letras/frases que são coloridas, mas textos em preto não são impressos...Já atualizei todos os drivers da impressora e o diagnóstico da HP é que não nada de errado com a impressora.

Here is my question in English:

 

Good evening friends,

My printer (OfficeJet Pro 6970) does not print with black ink, even with new and original cartridge...It only prints in color.

I've done all the steps recommended by HP support, including cleaning the heads and the problem continues.

The test pages are only printed with the letters/phrases that are colored, but black texts are not printed...I've updated all printer drivers and HP's diagnosis is that there's nothing wrong with the printer.

 

I really appreciate your help on this matter!

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
