Bonjour à toutes et tous,

 

Je ne me sers pas souvent de mon imprimante mais d'un coup elle s'est mise à ne plus imprimer : les pages sortent blanches.

Les cartouches ont l'air fonctionnelles.

J'ai essayé d'imprimer en sortant tour à tour les cartouches noire et couleur.

En connexion USB ou réseau, cela ne résout pas le problème.

 

Y aurait-il une solution ?
