Inaccurate reproduction of color with Envy Photo 7855

I am trying to print photos. The color reproduction is inaccurate. What should be a "mustard yellow" is coming out "pumpkin orange". I have tried numerous settings with no luck. Alignment is correct, print quality is correct.  No longer in warranty and the virtual agent is worthless. Suggestions?

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you - 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
