HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One Printer

Hi

 

I have an HP 2515 Printer which had HP650 cartridges which are now empty, and I am trying to replace it with HP678, but it is not working. Please help me fix this issue.

HI ,

 

This Printer was from UAE and now this is in India , so do I need to do some country reset or something like that .

If so please guide me .

Hi @Eby_Jayan,

 

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
