Hello,
I purchased HP Envy 5530 All in One printer in Hong Kong and now I have moved to United Kingdom. I am unable to find the ink cartridges that I normally used i.e. HP 61 XL (Black & Color). However, I can find HP 301 ink cartridge for HP Envy 5530 which mentioned on HP official site .
Then I went to buy the HP 301 cartridges. After I put in the HP Envy 5530 printer, on printer's screen, it shown the error "Incompatible Cartridge(s)".
Please I need an urgent solution as I am running low on the ink in the installed HP 61 XL cartridges.
Being forced to buy a new printer due to HP not being able to provide right cartridge for current printer will be an expensive solution.

Thank you for your response.
But I found in other message threads that the reset instructions are specific for the printer and need the guideline to change the region setting.
The respondent sent a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
Would you send me private message on the reset instruction? Or would you please tell where I can get the reset instruction?
