Incompatible Cartridge 903 XL for HP OfficeJet Pro 6970

Hello, 

i just bought a new cartridge 903XL (genuine,,,) and it wont recognize it, i tried a couple of things but nothing seems to work..

the message is "incompatible cartridge" and of course the virtual agent was useless and impossible to call the HP support

please help

So it seems that my new cartridge is is "cartrige zone 8" whiel the other one that work at zone number 4

any idea how to change that ? the HP support phone number doesnt work

3 days later..still no feedback...whatsapp support uselless and french phone support as useless as it can be... selling my printer or throwing it in garbage,,still undecided

I understand you are receiving an incompatible cartridge error.

To assist better -Where was the printer purchased and where is it been used?
