Incompatible Cartridge Error when using HP Instant Ink Cartridge

I have a HPEnvoy 4520 series printer.

There was an initial error saying reinstall cartridges which enabled me to print.

Printer is now showing a message stating Incompatible Cartridge and is showing this against the colour cartridge. It shows the colour cartridge as empty but I think this is incorrect .I

have an Instant Ink account .and therefor I am only using genuine HP Instant Ink cartridges.

The HP Print and Scan Doctor does not appear to provide any solution having followed the procedures.

I am not able to install a new cartridge as not due a colour cartridge yet.

How do I resolve this issue?
