I have the exact same question and situation as https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Ink-Cartridges-Print-Quality/HP-ENVY-4500-incompatible-cartrid...

 

I am IT engineer I know what I am doing. Changed dozens of time my cartridges. Followed all the debut steps documented to resolve.

 

Now I have 2 of these cartridges and I still cannot use my printer.

 

Can you please tell me if there is a resolution please ?

As already explained I already went throught all the documented steps to resolve this error:

 

Check the ink cartridge numbers: Done - Compatible same as previous one

Reset the printer - Done

Clean the ink cartridge and carriage electrical contacts - Done

Replace the problem ink cartridge - Done I have bought a new one and it is the same problem, Strangely when i plug the old one (the empty one) there is no compatibility issue. It is the exact same cartridge. Now I have 2 new cartridges not working bought in official HP shop on Amazon and also in a local market.

 

Service the printer This is what I am trying to do but my printer ID is not reconigze by HP service. Probably it's because the printer has more than 5 years.... i don't know.

 

Please help.

Can I get some quality support please ?

 

if I insert my old ink cartridges, it works. I have purchased 2 official cartridges they are the correct one, I have followed all the steps in your dummy manual and instructions.

 

I cannot even open a ticket in HP support because my serial number is not recognized.

 

I insist, I have the correct serial number and the correct cartridges. I've been using this printer for years.

 

I deserve a support which is higher than a dummy AI.

I still haven't been contacted by any competent person in this support. I am strongly disappointed by the quality of this service. Please fix !
