Dear Community,
I am from Brazil, but now I living in Deutschland. My printer have bought in Brazil is model Deskjet Ink 3776.
Im Brazil I have been used Cartridge HP 664. I checked in HP site (http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05046448) and the compatible cartridge should be HP 652. But unfortunately my printer don’t accept this cartridge, it showing me the incompatible cartridge message.
I read in a post here, saying that I need to call HP to ask to change my printer location, but I don’t find the way to contact HP.
I appreciate so much if someone have a tip to help me.
Thank you!

@Costacurta, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
Yes, we need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click on the YES button to reply that the response was helpful and/or to say “Thank You”.
Have a great day!
