HP ENVY Pro 6475 All-In-One Printer

My HP Envy pro 6475 is not recognizing printer cartridges hp305. I previously used hp67 cartridges but could not find them and I was told the hp305 was compatible with my printer. However it is not being recognized. How do I fix this?

Your printer support sonly HP 67 inks.

Unfortunately HP 67 cartridges are not available in my country. When I bought the hp305 cartridge I was told it was compatible with my printer and the same info is also on the cartridge box.
