Product: HP Deskjet 3545
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer for last 4-5 years now and regularly been buying genuine cartridge 678 combo pack. I was using one set and suddenly the printer has an error message saying "Incorrect Cartridge" especially for the black cartridge. I have a new set and have changed to the new one. Even for the new black cartridge I get the same error. The printer is in pristine condition and have been using it for my personal use. 

 

Please help in resolving this issue.
