I have an HP Photosmart 6520 e all-in-one printer with a product number (CX017A). I bought this when I was in Singapore and just recently the Ink cartridge is having issues (the original cartridge is 564), however since we don't have 564 here in Germany, we bought the compatible one which is 364. After installing these cartridges, it is now complaining that the cartridges are incompatible. As from your site, you can reset this in order for the cartridge to be recognized based on region.

You have to reset your printer to accept new ink cartridges, Please use the following guide

Hi Banhien,

Thanks, I was also redirected by facebook hp support to my regional hp support. Unfortunately I'm out of warranty, as I tried to contact them via the webpage, they are rejecting my serial number (probably because it is out of warranty). So now, back to square one. Probably throw this out and buy a new one!
