Product: HP 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

By contacting HP customer online service, they recommended me to buy the 804/804L for my HP 7855 under 7800 series. The Case is *Bleep* has been created CRM:0000498806466.

 

I bought the new replacement 804 for installment. Then I get a printer error message that says "Incompatible cartridge  The indicated cartridge is not intended for use in this printer" .

 

How can it be fixed?

The cartridge that will work with your Printer in USA is 64 black and color. PLEASE DO REFER TO THIS DOCUMENT: https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/ish_2405837-1980674-16
