I had some issues with the printer connecting to my wireless. So I used the HP smart and that had me do a "cold boot" . Once i restarted the printer it had me go through the new set up Language choice etc. Then it told me that I must have an Instant Ink Subscription (which I do), it then went to a screen telling me to print a test page to adjust the heads, at this point it began the spinning wheel of doom that doesn't print nor can you escape out of. When I attempt to power down the printer it will also begin a spinning wheel that can only be stopped by unplugging the printer.

@Greylady1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer was reset and you are not able to print using the Instant Ink cartridges now. You will have to add the printer to your Instant Ink account as the data on the printer was erased when you performed a reset.
A semi-full reset will disable the web-services. We need to enable the web-services, go to account, and add the printer using the new claim code. Refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
