Hi @Noorhan,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

First, remove all cartridges from printer, restart printer.

When printer turns on and a white strip status bar appears on the bottom of screen > press on the bottom-left corner of screen and hold > Hold until the bar finishes loading and "Permanent Storage init" appears on the screen.

Once the main page loads, go through the setup process steps (language, location, etc.). Once complete, printer will alert you to install supplies. Insert cartridges one at a time, and close the cover after each.

Let printer initialize and accept the printer cartridge. Repeat this step for each toner cartridge until all are installed and ready.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
