Product: Samsung M2070
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an original Samsung toner cartridge (MLT-111S) for my M2070 printer. When I installed it I got the message that it is incompatible

There are 2 possibilities:

1. the chip on the cartridge has failed

2. the cartridge is intended for sale in a different region and is not support by the region programmed in your printer.
