Hello, my printer keeps telling me the toners are incompatible, but they are the one that came with it when I bought it. Not only, but they have work fine for the past year. It's not just one, it's all of them, one after the other, telling me the toners are incompatible. Sometime it tells me the toner is working but an another is not, I turn on and off my printer, then it tell me that one is not working, but the one that was not working, now doesn't work. I feels like a joke. I have taken out the cartridge, check that there is not dust, but nothing is working. I don't want to go buy new cartridge, some have never been use.

Help, thank you

Hi, no my problem as not been solve. I have clean the interior of my printer with a dry cotton swab which help, but did not solve the problem, I found a way the reset my printer which made it work once and only once, I have brought it to a repair man who check it over and did all the missing updates, which again made it work once and only once. My last option is to change the cartridges. It's been months since my printer as printed anything. Good luck.
