Hi,
I have recently relocated from Ireland to Australia and brought my HP ENVY 5030 printer with me. I bought HP 65 Colour XL Ink Cartridge from Office Works - which should be compatible with ENVY 5030 (as it says so on the side of the Cartridge packaging) - however my printer does not recognise it and keeps rejecting it as incompatible.
No idea what to do here and have just set up a new business so need it working asap.
Assistance required please!!
Many thanks.

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work. HP's web page on the subject is here.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
