Hi ! 
I bought an OfficeJet Pro 9010 Serial number (Removed) in Asia.
It was the catridge 965. I am now in Europe and I bought original cartridges 963XL.
When i insert them in the printer, I get an error message that the cartridges are not compatible.
Can you please help me with a way to by pass this message and get cartridges to be accepted.

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

Since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.

 

I will be glad to assist you with the regional reset on your printer.
