HP Envy 4527 is showing the Incompatible Cartridge message and the cartridges have been sent be HP - they are the same ref number

I understand the instant ink cartridge is not working. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective one.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

If yes and the error persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I replaced my ink cartridges that I received from instant ink and my printer does not recognize the color cartridge.  I went through all of the troubleshooting and nothing worked.

the virtual help keeps on talking in circels when i ask how i resolve the incompatible cartridge problem.. Seems difficult to contact!
