I have tried the steps on the document - I have identified the cartridge and it’s still not working - I have not seen a private message with a blue envelope

@kumar0307, There is no blue envelop.. cant find it anywhere near ‘my profile’. I am onlusten seeing a notification-bell. What is it with hp??
