I  have a HP Deskjet 3760 All In On printer  bought in Switzerland  and I moved to INDIA.  When I bought cartridge with HP store from INDIA  and try to use  getting Incompatible cartridges.

Looks Regional settings  might be causing this issue as per community suggestion.

Could you please advise the reset regional setting process for my printer  or suggest any alternatives to work with cartridges available in INDIA.

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges after moving to a different country. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer which may resolve this issue.

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
