Hi, my HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One printer was working fine with HP 123 cartridges (in Russia). When moved to UK I bought official HP cartridges which were provided as a choice on the HP web-site - 304 (both tri-colour and black). I don't see that 123 is available to purchase at all.
Now when I put 304 to the printer it says Incompatible Cartridges. I tried resetting the printer suggested in some support topics, but that did not help. Also updated the firmware to the latest.
Please help.
Thanks,
Anna

@anifeo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
