Dear Team,

I was using HP 678 BW cartridge, all these years, recently the HP site recommended using 680 instead of 678, I bought a genuine cartridge online & now when I installed it, it shows up incompatible. I assume there is a reset code for my printer to use 680. Please guide.

I would like to reset my printer with a compatible country code to use the new catridge.

HP 680 is not a compatible cartridge for your printer.

Please find below the compatible cartridge number-

You may purchase ink cartridges from HP Store
