I couldn't get my envy printer to work . The "Incompatibility " message locks me out . I did all the posted solutions and nothing works . Finally , I removed the cartridges (INK) and put them back. Then I lifted the retainer that holds each ink and wiggled the cartridge and closed the LID and it worked . I believe that the dots on the chip on the ink cartridge are not aligning with the dots inside the printer . I could not figure out how to "reply". Do I need a question to post ?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Are you able to print and make copies using the printer?
