Hello, How can I change the regional settings on my printer so I can use ink from Mexico? II purchased 664 hp ink cartridges after reading on the hp web site they were compatible with my 3720 desk jet printer. So while they fit in the ink holder and allow the printer to go through set up they will not enable printing. It is so frustrating and a very expensive if I cannot get them to work. Thankyou
