Product: HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer

Hi , I have an HP printer the C4680 and it has a message "incompatible print cartridge". I was able to print last week with it and now this message came up.I tried removing all cables and putting back on the plugs also taking out the cartridges and putting them back in but didn't get through. Can anyone assist?
