Hi I had my original HP cartridges refilled but not with hp ink and now my printer refuses to work with the msg 'Incompatible Print Cartridge'. How can I resolve this as quickly as possible please? I can't pop out to the shops as our household are highly vulnerable so must obey lockdown rules. I read somewhere that hp are not allowed to block use of other inks in their products - at the risk of the user of course.

@Poppy28, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
HP does not recommend the use of non-HP/refilled ink cartridges. It may or may not work. You may use them at your own discretion.
For now, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
if the issue persists, kindly buy and use HP ink cartridges from Hp Store(online) or nearby stores.
