Hi Support Team,

I am getting this error when I am installing the cartridges bought from same seller. 

Cartridges Rejected:

Indicated cartridges have been identified as altered or cloned. 
HP+ printers require original HP.

Please help.

Are the cartridges you bought OEM? If not, you are out of luck. You purchased a + printer to save money and get extra warranty and it is clearly stated that in exchange you agree to only use OEM cartridges.
