Hi Folks:

I have an older  HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n Printer whose Ink Carriage is jammed, and will no longer move to the left to allow me to replace the ink cartridges. I have made totally sure that there is no paper or other materials that are jamming the carriage, an have cleaned all of the interior sections of my printer of any dust.

I  have also checked all the installed ink cartridges as best that I can, to make sure they are in securely and seated correctly. I have reviewed all of the existing help topics on my printer, here on the HP Community Help Forum and on line, and still can not find any additional solutions or recommendations on how to fix the ink carriage to get it unjammed and to be able to move to the left to remove and install new ink cartridges.

Has anyone ever experienced the situation where your ink cartridge carriage appears to be jammed, and can no longer move to the left because it appears that something is jammed it and preventing it from moving over to the left as it should?

Thanks in advance for all your help,
