Help. My Ink Carriage is stuck on the right side of my printer. There is NO paper jams or anything else stuck or preventing it to move. The ink cartridges do look like they are sticking out and I am not able to push them back in nor am I able to manually pull the carriage out to fix it. Is there any way that I can pull the carriage out to be able to fix this issue? disclaimer: I have tried all the fixes and solutions from the virtual assistant and none have worked.

Thanks.

No, this did not help and was the same information I was giving by the virtual assistant.
