macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I'm having a lot of trouble getting some empty ink cartridge envelopes sent to me..I called HP and he said they will mail these well over a week ago. I never got them. Don't know what else to do. I cancelled my Instant Ink plan and was trying to return these ink cartridges as required.

It sounds frustrating, especially after canceling your Instant Ink plan and trying to return the cartridges. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this.

 

  • Check Instant Ink Account: Sometimes, there may be an option to request return envelopes through your Instant Ink account. You can log in to your HP Instant Ink account and see if there’s an option to request return envelopes or view the status of your return.
  • Check Email or Mail: HP should have sent you a return envelope after your cancellation, or at least provided a link or instructions for obtaining one. Check your email inbox, including spam/junk folders, for any messages from HP that might contain these details.
  • Local HP Retailers: If you're unable to get the envelopes from HP online, check with local stores or retailers that sell HP printers and cartridges. They may have resources for returning used ink cartridges, or they may be able to direct you to a local HP service center.
