Ink Cartridge 67/305 does not fit in my Envy 6000 All-in-One

The black ink cartridge ran out for the first time.  The ink cartridges I received from Instant Ink are larger and don't fit in the printer. The cartridge doors won't close. 

Black cartridge that came with the printer: 67, 67XL or 67XXL

Black cartridge that came from Instant Ink:  67/305

@maryann1914, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the Instant Ink cartridge that you received from HP does not fit in the slot. Instant Ink cartridges are bigger than regular cartridges and may have a different number.

Make sure the ink cartridge is properly seated, refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
