My printer would not print without a Magenta ink cartridge. I bought one and replaced it only for it to say that there was either an issue with the Cyan cartridge or that it was empty as well. I bought the CMY 951 HP package of ink cartridges. When I replaced the Cyan cartridge I began receiving error messages about the Magenta needing to be replaced again. After cleaning out and off all the cartridges, reservoirs, metal strips, etc, restarting my printer, attempting to update firmware, and attempting to insert old and new cartridges to troubleshoot… I have still been unable to resolve my issue. There is no damage visible. Where do I go from here?!
